How To Make Led Bed
Led bed support mattresses without the help of bulky box springs. The profile-shaped versions allow air to reach the underside of the mattress, preventing mold and moisture from forming. Solid platform beds can sometimes hide a storage space, just like a captain’s bed. Recycled materials such as pallet wood, angle iron and wood or reinforcement bar insert from construction sites allow you to create an environmentally friendly bed that keeps useful or bulky items away from the dumps and prevents further deforestation.
Don arched eye protection, hearing protection. Miter each end of all four 2-by-2-inch angled iron to 45 degrees, using a notch saw with cutting disc. But the mated ends all four pieces of angular iron to form an 84-by-72-inch rectangle, with one of the two-inch entire legs of each piece pointing to the ceiling. Don a welding helmet, welding gloves and full leather. Turn the resulting angle iron frame right side up. Led bed with Place two-by-1/2-by-72-inch bars of bar steel across the frame every six inches, so the ends are flush with the 84-inch long-side steel bed frame, and weld all bar steel in place.
Turn the led bed frame up and down again with angle iron “legs” pointing to the ceiling. Place 24-inch, 3-inch square pieces of steel tubing in each corner of the bed frame and weld them in place. These are the legs of your platform bed frame. Grind all welds smoothly and remove any degrees along all surfaces of the bed frame and legs using a 24-grit grinding wheel on a 4-inch, right-angled mill. Repeat with an 80-grit flap wheel. Give the entire bed a brushed finish using a coarse wire wheel on a right-angled mill, followed by a fine wire wheel.
